On 11th July, 2502, Nott. D Primister hosted an emergency conference at the Black House. Primister took off a human mask, showing off his blue budgie head while waving to the public. "This is to all Budgies that have waited for liberation today," He said, "The day where Budgies will no longer be restricted by our small bird nests and territories. Primister, who delivered a passionate speech about Budgie Nationalism and the superior blood of Budgies, declared that he will "continue to lead the Nation forward" by imposing Budgie-first policies, plans to conquer Europe to serve as "Livingspace" for Budgies, and creating Budgie Youth to train young Budgies to serve the nation. He will also establish a Bird Regime of the Budgie's Reigie of Trycount, overthrowing all previous governments and declaring himself the Featherer.

He also stated that "Human triumph is nearing its end", where they will no longer control the market and politics. "The Humans are poison to our society. They take away our rights as Budgies. As the Budgie race faces danger from Human filth, we must protect our Trycount by eradicating Humans," he remarked.

Primister also mentioned drafting a war plan to invade Pawland.
